WG CDR Praful Bakshi, an ex NDA was Commissioned as a fighter pilot in 1968. He took part in the 1971 war.He has served as an Air Craft accident investigator. He is an expert and  an Instructor in International Humanitarian Laws (Laws of Armed Conflict)/ IHL and also conducts IHL training for the three Defence Services of India along with Para Military forces and most of the State Police Forces of India. He is also the Official Defence and Security expert for media- Electronic and Print.  He is a  renowned Defence analyst seen often on television.
